Eni GTI hereby informs all interested parties that a market test is currently in progress to assess the market demand of transportation capacity on Transitgas system, on a firm basis, on the paths Gries Pass – Oltingue and Gries Pass – Wallbach.
This market test shall be non-binding and shall have the sole aim to evaluate whether the above mentioned transportation capacity could be attractive in the current market context.
The parties interested in participating in the market test are kindly requested to fill in the form available for download hereinbelow and send it duly signed by fax at Eni GTI (fax number +41 91 921 22 58) not later than 17 November 2009.
On the basis of the results of the market test Eni GTI shall evaluate whether to enter in a binding second step to meet the eventual market demand.
In case of a manifestation of interest, the transportation capacity on offer will be, at this stage, consistent with the transportation capacity obtainable using the existing pipeline and the existing compressor station in the south – north direction.
